No AC3 audio in HD channels, ¿why?

Omlouvám se, že neumí mluvit česky. Já používám Google Translator zprávu odeslat. Chápu ale anglicky. Jsem španělský uživatele DREAMSKY přijímač DSR-8080 HD. Všechno, co funguje dobře, ale můj přijímač nemá zvuk na AC3 zvukem kanály předány. Máme kamarády ve Španělsku, které mají stejný problém. Zjistili jsme, žádné řešení v této oblasti. Žádné informace na internetu. To se děje pouze v některých jednotkách. Vůbec ne. Všichni ostatní uživatelé, pokud mají AC3 zvuk ve své přijímače. Problém není vyřešen, i když jsme se změnit firmware přijímače. Testovali jsme několik verzí. Používáme firmware Doombox ve Španělsku, ale také jsem dal DREAMSKY firmware, ale nefunguje.

Co můžeme dělat? Je to firmware problém? Je Ali3602 procesor problém? Je problém revize základní desky? Se liší?
