How to do with the Const CW

[NXP256HD]

From time to time, the JSC sports and Nilesat channels are comming with CCW.
Here is the detail information for the CCW on the softcam.key:

Format:
D System ID:Provider ID:Service ID:PMT PID:ECM PID::CCW ;Channel Name

Note: All are HEX
D--Const DW Mark
System ID : 4 Bytes
Provider ID: 6 bytes, some system such as Irdeto no Provider, it will be 000000
Seriver ID : 4 bytes
ECM PID : 4 bytes
CCW : 16 bytes keys
Channel Name: Optional, not important;
