Changes PKT:
- New version InfoCenter
- New Graphics Multi EPG to BasicHD and SilverHD
- Skin BasicHD in blue + change the graphics (default)
- Update SkinSetup
- Update Picon
- Change bootlogo
- Amendments libraries
- Fixes performance and stability
- Added support for the card reader
