Install instruction
This version of mgxxx can record two channel at same tp.
Originally named mgxxx.sh4 and version v1.33 by mixvt (compiled May 31 2009 19:41:08).
You must install var.zip into STB
1. unzip var.zip
2. copy all files into STB using samba.
3. Following files exist at STB's /var folder.
- /var/bin/mgcamd : v1.33
- /var/etc/start.sh : Auto start shell script for mgxxx. Except for this file, our application not save
/tmp/pmt.tmp files, and mgxxx can not operation.
- /var/keys/mg_cfg : mgxxx cfg files.
==> # box type
# 00 autodetect, change only if you think wrong type detected.

B: { 12 } => Box type must be 12
- /var/keys/newcamd.list : for newcaxx server. You must add your own password and ids like following format.
server URL port ID paswd
CWS = she123.dyndns.org 1020 april3 gybvn 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14 lan newcs
- /var/keys/* : Other files are for softcam. Not need for network share.
Everything is Ok, you can start and stop mgxx in our application.
1. Invoke Menu keys.
2. Press Red button for mgxxx start
3. Press Green button for mgxx stop.
4. Some OSD for start/stop message will be displayed.
5. For the first time, /var/etc/start.sh will invoke mgxxx automatically.
When something is wrong. You can check following files.
telnet xxx.xxx.xxx
hmp7109 login: root

1. /tmp/mgshare.info : mgxxx share information
~ # cat /tmp/mgshare.info
newcamd route 0000:dummy:localhost
unknown EMM OFF online
=> "online" for successful server connection, and "offline" for fails.
2. /tmp/pmtXXX.tmp file exist.
~ # ls -al /tmp/pmt*
=> When /tmp/pmtXXX.tmp file does not exit, mgxxx can not operation, and your application does not support
softcam. You must install another application which can support softcam.
